Helja Jõgisman born on February 14, 1971 in Haapsalu. In 2003 she graduated from the Estonian School of Hotel and Tourism Management with a degree in Tourism Management. In 2018, she complemented herself attending the course „Creating fashion collection“ instructed by Vilve Unt at the Estonain Academy of Arts. And the same year of study „ Luxury brand managment“ In 2020 Viljandi Culture Academy continuing education programm „OmaMood Meistrite kool“
Her creation is born in a forgotten coastal Swedish area on the Noarootsi Peninsula, where the old coastal Swedish knitting tradition comes to life in more mordern ways. 2018 Helja Jõgisman establishes a brand HEIN boutique, with a green hay stalk in its logo symbolizing green thinking and sheep’s main food source. Every summer she opens her summer shop in one of the oldest preserved wooden buildings in Lääne County, in the village of Hosby in the Noarootsi Peninsula, in the premises of St. Catherine’s Noarootsi pastorate.
